Reflexology Certification Training

This Reflexology Certification Program is a 300 Hour training consisting of Anatomy Systems, Reflexology I and Reflexology II, meeting the requirements for the ARCB (American Reflexology Certification Board) national reflexology certification eligibility.

Currently, there is no state certification to practice reflexology in the state of Massachusetts. However, the national reflexology certification awarded by the ARCB is a mandated credential within an increasing number of cities and towns within Massachusetts.

Upon completion of our Reflexology Certification Program, students will receive a transcript and certificate reflecting completion of this 300 hour program, which will provide you with the knowledge and skills for you to be eligible to take the ARCB exam (given in various locations throughout the country).

The examination consists of three parts: 1) a 300-multiple choice written assessment of your understanding of reflexology, anatomy & physiology (as they relate to the practice), and ethics; 2) a 30 minute practical examination, testing your knowledge of reflexology techniques, locations of reflex points and professionalism within a clinical setting; and 3) 90 documentations of clinical work, to be handed in and graded by the ARCB within 6 months of taking the written and practical exams (which are taken together in one day). When applying to take the national exam, these documents must be included with the application to the ARCB, which is available at Palmer.

Due to the increase of ARCB recognition by legislators within the state, the ARCB certification will become a necessity for any practicing Reflexologist in Massachusetts.
