We provide individual therapy, family coaching, precision prescribing, neuropsychological evaluations, and school support in developmentally tailored treatment plans. With a focus on whole-person healing, we empower young minds and their families to build resilience, improve mental health, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Individual Appointments
While we recommend our team-based care plans for a comprehensive approach, clinicians are available for individual sessions for those with specific needs or budget considerations.
✔ Psychiatric consultations (medication management, integrative treatment planning)
✔ Psychotherapy & group therapy (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care)
✔ Dietitian appointments (nutritional assessments, ketogenic therapies, elimination diets)
✔ Coaching & lifestyle guidance (nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management)
This option allows for flexible, personalized support while still benefiting from our expertise in integrating mental and metabolic health care.
